To strengthen our commercial practice, we are looking for a lawyer with 4-8 years of experience in commercial contracts and intellectual property. You advise businesses on partnerships, collaboration agreements, R&D arrangements, IT/technology contracts and the protection and exploitation of IP. Where needed, you also assist clients in disputes on these topics, but the core of your work is strategic advice.

You are analytical, independent and pragmatic. You combine legal depth with a strong understanding of your client’s business and advise from that reality: focused on helping them achieve their business goals. An affinity with IP/IT contracts or technology transactions is a plus but certainly not a requirement.
