We are looking for a lawyer with 4-8 years of experience and a strong background in Dutch corporate and company law. You advise founders, investors and management teams on investment rounds, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, restructurings and equity incentive plans, or you work alongside corporate finance advisors on M&A transactions. You understand the dynamics of fast-growing companies and transformative deals.

You are analytical, independent and pragmatic. You have a keen eye for new business opportunities and strong commercial instincts. Experience with venture capital or financing transactions is a plus but certainly not a requirement.
